REMARK 14+ Infiniti Q50 Axleback Exhaust w/Mufflers - Stainless Double Wall Tip

Looking to improve exhaust flow while still maintaining a refined exhaust note.

Our muffler version axleback exhaust system includes dual muffler canisters.

Each has 2.5" inlet, straight through muffler canister design, and large dual 4.5" double wall tips.

Features

  • The high flow oval style muffler canisters include two types of internal packing to help with sound suppression and give a deep exhaust note
  • If using just the axleback kit, this product is best suited for the 2014-2015 Q50 with the 3.7L NA engine (VQ37VHR)

  • All returns must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. If the item has been installed, the product CANNOT BE RETURNED. 
  • All returns or exchanges must be made within a 30 days of when package was received
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • All products ordered from REMARK are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except for the following reasons:
  • the received item(s) and / or quantity do not match what you have ordered
  • the part is defective per the REMARK Limited Warranty 
  • We reserve the right to deny returns of any unopened merchandise at our discretion. 
  • To process your return or exchange a Return Authorization is required. To obtain this, please email us at: support@jdcustomsusa.com
  • If the item is not correct or damaged, do not attempt to install, your claim will be voided. Contact us immediately.
  • REMARK has full rights to decline any returns or exchanges.
  • If the defect was caused by abuse, shipping damage, negligence and/or mishandling. That includes weather conditions, natural disasters, any road/off-road conditions, and any accidents/collision you were part of. Return, exchange or refund will not be accepted
  • Buyer must provide your order number to verify customer information
  • For all returns, exchanges or refunds, All the hardware and misc. items that came with the product must be returned (Bolts, nuts, gaskets). If anything is missing or not in 100% new condition, we will deduct the amount from your return
  • Once the product leaves REMARK facility, any and all shipping fees will be charged and deducted from return. This includes any return shipping fees for undeliverable, expired, refused, etc shipments
  • Defective or damaged products from carrier must be reported immediately. Before accepting the product from the carrier, please inspect the packages to look for any damages. Do not attempt to install any damaged product(s). Retain package and all packaging materials
  • Do not install defective or damaged product(s) 
  • Strict inspection will take place, we will file an investigation with shipping carrier as well

 

If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an item other than what you specified in your order or received damaged item), we will provide a return shipping label. Customer would be responsible for dropping off the return at carrier's pick up location.

*Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Fee Exclusion : Buyer received the incorrect product or there is evident damage through our shipping services. All damages through transit must be reported within 24hrs of delivery to REMARK via email (sales@remark-usa.com). Before accepting the package, thoroughly check for any damages to the packaging. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours. Photos of the damaged item(s), and packaging may be requested and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

*ALL return packages have to be properly packaged in bubble wrapping and/or foam sheets to prevent damage. If the return item is not properly packaged and is damaged through transit, then Remark Inc. has the right not to refund or a deducted amount for the appropriate damage extent.    

Warranty Policy

  • 1-year Limited Warranty from invoice date (proof of purchase/ invoice required)
  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection by REMARK at our facility in Irvine, CA. All inspection results are final and under the sole discretion of REMARK Inc.
  • Limited Warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product
  • REMARK is not responsible for fitment issues on non-US spec vehicles as all products are developed on US spec models
  • Product finishes are not covered under warranty, and are considered a part of normal wear & tear
  • No warranty whatsoever will be valid if defect was caused by abuse, negligence and/or mishandling. That includes weather conditions, natural disasters, any road/off-road conditions, shipping damage, and any accidents / collisions
  • Any defect caused by shipping damage is not covered. All products leave our facilities in 100% new condition
  • Acidic cleaning products or steel wool are not to be used unless by a trained professional. Some chemical cleaning products may damage the product and/or finishes
  • Wear and tear (the damage that happens to our product in ordinary use) is not covered by this warranty
  • Most products are constructed of 304 Stainless Steel which is rust resistant but not rust proof. The product may develop surface rust or rust over time which is highly dependent on the environment of usage, care of product, cleaning, and other factors outside of our control. Rust is not covered by this warranty.
  • Improper installation or misuse of the product may lead to failure and damage to both product and vehicle. The user assumes all responsibility
  • All products are intended for use off-public streets and highways. Vehicle manufacturer warranty may be voided should any modification(s) or removal(s) of OEM(factory) components are determined.
  • Federal and state law may prohibit the removal, modification or rendering of any device affecting vehicle emissions or state regulated decibel limits. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of federal, state and local laws.
    User assumes all cost and risks associated with purchase and installation of aftermarket components. REMARK is not responsible for any fees, fines, or any type of penalties you have received from any authority.
  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless otherwise noted 
  • REMARK does not cover any installation, un-installation, labor fees, inspection fees, or related
  • REMARK may request detailed images or video of defective product. If defect is not clearly visible to REMARK staff, the product will need to be sent to REMARK for inspection. Customer is responsible for charges related to shipping the product to REMARK for inspection.
