Pricing Information

Most custom titanium exhaust bezels range from $150 to $300 per piece, depending on:

  • Material size required
  • Design complexity
  • Laser cutting time
  • Custom design work

A $50 design deposit is required to begin the process and will be applied toward your final total.

How to Get Started

1. Submit Your Details

Provide as much information as possible, including photos and measurements of your exhaust cutout. Templates or pre-made designs are highly recommended for the most precise fit.

2. Pay the Design Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to begin the design process. This ensures our team can dedicate the necessary time and attention to creating your custom bezel. Once design work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the time and resources invested in developing your design.

3. Design & Review

Our design team will contact you within 3-5 business days with questions or a design proof.

4. Approve Your Design

Review your custom design and request any revisions if needed.

5. Complete Your Order

Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Your $50 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the exhaust bezel.

6. Production

Your bezel enters our production schedule. Estimated build time: 15-20 business days (may vary based on complexity and outstanding orders in line ahead of yours).

7. Shipping

You’ll receive tracking information once your bezel is completed.

8. Install & Enjoy

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
