Order Cancellation 

JDC Brand Products:

  • JDC Body Parts- All orders for JDC brand body parts (hoods, trunks, fenders etc.) cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. These parts are "special order" items and are made specifically for each order as it is placed. Lead times for each part are in each listing.
  • Titanium Products- If you would like to cancel an order once is has been processed and colored, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Each part is polished/brushed and anodized as it is ordered, which means we've already put in the time and labor to make the order for you.
  • Customized Items- Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any customized products. Customizing includes, but is not limited to parts that are powder-coated, lasered, custom-designed, or custom colored/anodized.
  • Special Order Items- Special order items are not eligible for cancellation or return once your order has been processed. All special order items are listed as "special order" on the item's listing. We will also do our best to contact you if the special order item has a longer than normal turnaround time before proceeding with the order to make sure you are willing to wait for the item to ship. Once you have confirmed you are willing to wait, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason.
