All JDC titanium parts are hand polished and/or brushed before being colored in house using our proprietary six step cold anodizing process to ensure the most vibrant colors on the market! All of our hardware is CNC machined from the strongest Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium and all heat shields and other products are laser cut and CNC bent for smooth edges, and a precise fitment every time. Titanium is around 45% lighter, much stronger, and will not corrode like your stock hardware. Since each piece is colored as it is ordered, please allow a slight variance between shades and patterns. Please use the color chart below as a reference when selecting your color.
Bare: Bare finish with no color. Depending on the CNC finish, some parts will be hand polished to achieve our quality standards. Some parts will not need to be polished due to an already polished look.
Burnt: Mixture of Blue, Purple, Gold/Bronze, and Bare.
Rainbow Anodized: Mixture of light Blue, Gold, and Pink with a hint of deep Purple and sometimes Dark Blue.
Solid Colors: Purple, Blue, Bronze, Gold.
Custom Colors/Designs: Please email us for options and ideas. Red and black color options are ONLY available on a select few products which have that option in the listing.
JD Customs USA does not warranty the color finish on any part, but we will recolor any titanium part we sell for up to one year from purchase. If the part must be recolored due to improper care or cleaning, there will be an additional service fee applied depending on the size and quantity of parts. The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping both ways. This applies to the original buyer only.
