JDC Lifetime Finish Warranty
At JD Customs USA, we stand behind the quality and durability of our titanium finishes. Every piece of JDC Titanium hardware is backed by our Lifetime Finish Warranty, ensuring your hardware maintains the vibrant color and appearance you expect.
If your titanium hardware experiences fading or discoloration over time, we will refinish the part at no charge—no questions asked.
Before submitting a warranty request, customers will be asked to clean the part using hot soapy water, rubbing alcohol or JDC Titanium Cleaner to ensure the appearance change is not caused by oil, dirt, or road grime. See titanium maintenance and care page for more details. Titanium finishes can sometimes appear dull if contaminants are present, and a proper cleaning may restore the original color and shine.

Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways when submitting a warranty claim.
- Products featuring custom designs, logos, or artwork are not covered under the standard no-charge warranty. These items can still be refinished, but a small refinishing fee may apply due to the custom nature of the work.

International Orders:
We do offer the same warranty on all international orders, but shipping is not included. You will be responsible for any shipping cost to and from us for all warranty claims.
