At JD Customs USA, we stand behind the quality and durability of our titanium finishes. Every piece of JDC Titanium hardware is backed by our Lifetime Finish Warranty, helping your hardware maintain the vibrant color and appearance you expect.
How It Works
If your titanium hardware experiences fading or discoloration over time, we will refinish the part at no charge. Our team will be happy to help guide you through the process.
Before Submitting a Claim
Customers will be asked to clean the part using hot soapy water, rubbing alcohol, or JDC Titanium Cleaner to confirm the appearance change is not caused by oil, dirt, or road grime.
Titanium finishes can sometimes appear dull if contaminants are present, and a proper cleaning may restore the original color and shine. See our titanium maintenance and care page for more details.
Warranty Details
- Covers fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes.
- Applies to all JDC titanium hardware.
- Provides lifetime finish coverage.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways when submitting a warranty claim.
- Products featuring custom designs, logos, or artwork are not covered under the standard no-charge warranty. These items can still be refinished, but a small refinishing fee may apply.

Warranty information can be found in each individual listing. If there is no warranty information on the listing, please email us to confirm warranty coverage for that product.
International Orders
We offer the same warranty on international orders, but shipping is not included. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs to and from us for all warranty claims.
