Each piece is precision laser-cut from a solid sheet of premium 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium, ensuring superior durability and a flawless fit. Every piece is hand-brushed to enhance its texture before undergoing our proprietary anodizing treatment, which creates the brilliant, long-lasting colors that JDC Titanium is known for. This specialized process not only delivers a stunning finish but also enhances the material’s resistance to wear and corrosion, ensuring your piece maintains its vibrancy for a lifetime.

GR5 Titanium (Grade 5 Titanium) is a premium alloy composed primarily of titanium, with small amounts of aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%) for added strength and versatility. Renowned for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, GR5 Titanium offers superior corrosion resistance, excellent heat tolerance, and remarkable durability. This makes it an ideal material for aerospace, automotive, medical, and high-performance applications, where lightweight strength and longevity are critical. Its ability to be anodized into vibrant colors further enhances its appeal for customization in industries like motorsports and jewelry.

Can I get My Titanium In Red Or Black?

Red and black are not natural colors of annodized titanium. Please see our Titanium Coloring Options page for the full list of colors we offer.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
