JDC Titanium Custom Exhaust Exit Bezels

Looking for a one-of-a-kind titanium exhaust exit bezel to protect your paint and add some personality to your ride? JDC Titanium Custom Exhaust Exit Bezels are fully customizable and crafted from premium titanium, offering superior durability, corrosion resistance, and a stunning, high-end finish.

How Are They Made?

Each bezel starts as a solid sheet of premium titanium, then laser-cut for precision, hand-brushed or polished for texture, and anodized using our proprietary cold anodizing method to give vibrant, long-lasting colors. Whether you need a sleek monochrome design or a multi-color masterpiece, we'll bring your vision to life.

How do I get started?

  1. Add your details: Fill out the required information and upload a picture if possible. This helps us get a general idea of the badge design and requirements. If you have a template or pre-made design you'd like to send in, we can use it to make a precise bezel to fit your requirements.
  2. Pay your deposit: To kickstart the design process, there is a $25 deposit. This deposit ensures that our team can devote the necessary time and attention to craft a bezel that perfectly aligns with your vision and requirements. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your badge.
  3. Wait for an email from one of our design team members: One of our team members will contact you within 3 business days if we need to gather any additional information about your design or with a proof of your bezel design.
  4. Approve or make changes to your design: Once your design is complete we'll send you a proof of the design and ask if any changes need to be made.
  5. Complete your order: Once your design is approved you'll receive an email with an invoice to pay for the bezel.
  6. Wait Patiently (we know it's hard to do this, but we promise it'll be worth it!) Once your order has been placed we will start working on your bezel. Our average build time for custom one-off parts is 15-20 business days.
  7. Shipping confirmation email: Once your badge is complete you will receive an email with tracking information.
  8. Open the box and install: This is the fun part! We love to see our custom works of art installed on your car. Remember to tag us in pictures you post on social media for a chance to be featured on our page!

Uncompromising Quality: The Art of Crafting JDC Titanium Plaques

  • Creating a JDC Titanium Custom Exhaust Exit Bezel is a meticulous, time-intensive process that ensures unmatched quality and precision. Each piece begins as a solid sheet of premium 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium, which is laser-cut to achieve smooth, precise edges. From there, every piece is carefully hand-brushed or polished, enhancing its texture and preparing it for our proprietary anodizing process. This final step brings your design to life with vibrant, long-lasting colors that won’t fade over time. Perfection takes time, but we promise—it’ll be worth the wait!

Orders Containing Titanium

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

Each piece is precision laser-cut from a solid sheet of premium 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium, ensuring superior durability and a flawless fit. Every piece is hand-brushed to enhance its texture before undergoing our proprietary anodizing treatment, which creates the brilliant, long-lasting colors that JDC Titanium is known for. This specialized process not only delivers a stunning finish but also enhances the material’s resistance to wear and corrosion, ensuring your piece maintains its vibrancy for a lifetime.

GR5 Titanium (Grade 5 Titanium) is a premium alloy composed primarily of titanium, with small amounts of aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%) for added strength and versatility. Renowned for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, GR5 Titanium offers superior corrosion resistance, excellent heat tolerance, and remarkable durability. This makes it an ideal material for aerospace, automotive, medical, and high-performance applications, where lightweight strength and longevity are critical. Its ability to be anodized into vibrant colors further enhances its appeal for customization in industries like motorsports and jewelry.

At JDC, we take pride in crafting custom-made titanium products tailored to meet your specific needs. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are considered special order products and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that once your order has been placed, it enters our production schedule immediately and cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our high-quality, customized titanium products.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
