JDC Titanium Fuse Box & Relay Cover | Mitsubishi Evo X

This precision laser-cut titanium fuse box and relay cover is designed specifically for the 2008–2015 Mitsubishi Evo X, adding durable protection and vibrant color under the hood. Made from 1.5 mm thick 6Al-4V grade 5 titanium with a hand-brushed, cold-anodized finish, it installs easily with pre-installed 3M adhesive for a secure, gap-free fit.

    Each piece comes preinstalled with 3M adhesive on the back that is extremely strong and durable, but thin at the same time to not leave a gap between the cover and the fuse box cap itself.

    Please make sure to clean the top of your fuse box with rubbing alcohol to remove any oils or grease and apply the pieces directly in place.

    We recommend wearing gloves when installing to keep fingerprints and oils off the part. Titanium use and care instructions are included with each order so you'll know exactly how to keep your titanium looking brand new for many years to come!

    How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

    Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

    Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

    Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

    Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
