JDC Titanium Valve Cover Hardware Replacement Kit | Nissan R35 GT-R

(20) JDC Titanium Custom Head Bolts

These are not generic bolts. They were designed specifically for the R35 GT-R with the same dimensions as the OEM bolts for a perfect fitment!  

Gloves are recommended during installation to keep oils off of the titanium. If you don't have a set of clean gloves, washing your hands before touching the titanium parts will help. After the installation, you can wipe down the hardware to bring back the shine using soapy water or Windex with a microfiber rag. 

If you have the entire valve cover(s) off when installing new hardware, follow the normal torque setting and torque pattern when installing the new hardware.

If you plan to change the bolts with the valve cover not being removed from the car, you can replace one bolt at a time and torque them to the final torque settings.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
