JDC Titanium Brake Bleeder & Cap for Brembo Calipers

Upgrade one of the most overlooked details on your brake system with the JDC Titanium Brake Bleeder & Cap Set for Brembo calipers. Say goodbye to rusty bleeder screws and worn-out rubber caps and replace them with a premium titanium upgrade that looks as good as it performs.

Designed to enhance both appearance and durability, these components add a clean custom touch while standing up to heat, corrosion, and harsh conditions far better than factory pieces.

You can purchase a complete set, including one titanium brake bleeder screw and one titanium cap, or purchase the caps individually, to save you from having to bleed your brake system to change the entire bleeder screw. The choice is yours!

The titanium cap is designed as a direct replacement for factory rubber caps and should fit any brake bleeder that uses an 11mm hex head, making installation quick and effortless. The cap is secured with a small set screw, ensuring it stays in place.

Each piece is hand-finished and treated using JDC’s proprietary anodizing process to create the vibrant, long-lasting colors we’re known for.

GR5 Titanium (Grade 5 Titanium) is a premium alloy composed primarily of titanium, with small amounts of aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%) for added strength and versatility. Renowned for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, GR5 Titanium offers superior corrosion resistance, excellent heat tolerance, and remarkable durability. This makes it an ideal material for aerospace, automotive, medical, and high-performance applications, where lightweight strength and longevity are critical. Its ability to be anodized into vibrant colors further enhances its appeal for customization in industries like motorsports and jewelry.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
