JDC Titanium Cam Gear Hardware

Cam Gear Center Bolt:

The JDC Titanium Cam Gear Center Bolt is made to be an exact replacement for the OEM center bolt (Mitsubishi part #MF140285). Evo 1-8 and DSM models will require two center bolts and Evo 9 will only use one since the MIVEC gear doesn't use the same bolt. Each center bolt is sold individually. The JDC Titanium MIVEC Gear Cap can be purchased separately to complete the look.

Cam Gear Timing Adjustment Hardware:

JDC Titanium Cam Gear Adjustment Bolts are made to be a replacement for the outer hardware that adjusts the timing. Each kit includes bolts and washers.

*Note:

  • If you need a set for two cam gears, add a quantity of two to your cart to receive two center bolts and 10 adjustment bolts/washers. 
  • Evo 9 with MIVEC only requires one center bolt.
  • You can purchase the JDC Titanium MIVEC Gear Cap separately to complete the titanium look.

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
