JDC Titanium Headlight Hardware Replacement Kit

The JDC titanium GT-R headlight hardware kit is made from Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium. This kit replaces your ugly stock hardware with beautiful titanium that will outlast your car itself! Titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts.

    Colored Titanium:

    • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

    Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

    • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

    For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

    This kit will replace the 4 bolts and washers that secure your headlight to the frame and the 2 bolts on the inside of the frame next to the headlights. 

    *New washers!* Our new custom-made washers incorporate a small lip that gives the flange head of the bolt a flush appearance once installed. 

    CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

    Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!
