The plastic OEM unit can be easily damaged at the nut location when tightening or loosening during service. The 6061 billet aluminum housing used in the AMS kit rectifies this issue with its much improved material hardness. Made from 6061 billet aluminum and finished with a protective anodize process, this will be the last housing you ever need.
