JDC 10% Under-Driven Alternator Pulley

When we decided to make an under-driven alternator pulley, we wanted to design something for the Evo community that could perform on the streets or track and also look good enough for SEMA. Introducing the JDC 10% Under-Driven Alternator Pulley! Our pulley incorporates raised guides to help stop your belt from jumping off at high RPMs. This pulley is 10% under-driven, which will lighten the load on your alternator for high-revving motors. These will replace the OEM alternator pulley on Evo 4-9 and works with stock replacement or OEM belts. 

Material Options:

We decided to make this part from the lighter and stronger 6061 billet aluminum and anodize it black for a lifetime of use. The billet pulley is the best bang for your buck if looks aren't quite as important to you as going fast, but of course, we had to offer it in Titanium as well! The titanium pulley is a little heavier than the aluminum one, but it sure makes up for it with the beautiful anodized colors!

Finishes:

• Billet pulleys are only available in a black anodized finish and are not available for any custom color options at this time.
  
  
• Titanium pulleys are available in multiple colors including our famous burnt finish! Each titanium part is hand polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing process to bring out the beautiful colors we're famous for!
