The JDC Cam Position Sensor Heat Shield protects the sensitive cam position sensor from the excess heat of the exhaust manifold, which can cause premature failure of the expensive sensor. Installation is very simple and straightforward. Mounting hardware is included.
Just installed and fits perfectly! Looks nice and sleek in the engine bay. Love the titanium touch. Just ended up buying the full titanium dress up kit and exhaust manifold studs too! Great product!

Truth be told, I haven't installed yet because my engine is pulled, but like all JD Customs parts, Awesome quality and look. They have really found their niche and we car nuts are better for it. : )
