JDC Titanium Cam Position Sensor Hardware Replacement Kit

This kit replaces the stock hardware for your cam position sensors with titanium! The kit includes 2, 17mm, and 6, 30mm JDC custom titanium bolts. 
 

This kit is made from 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium. They provide extremely high tensile strength, are corrosion resistant, all while being ultra lightweight. These are available in multiple finishes.

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
