JDC Titanium Stud Kit Washers
JDC Titanium stud kit washers are made with a smaller diameter flange for use with exhaust manifolds with a tighter clearance. These are the washers that come with all of our stud kits and are sold individually as needed. Read more below for sizing and available options.
Washers are sold individually. Studs and nuts may be shown in display images for illustration purposes, but are not included. Studs and nuts can be purchased separately.

About our titanium:
- Each piece is CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.
- Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!
