JDC Titanium Fender Hardware Replacement Kit

The JDC titanium Evo X fender hardware kit is made from a Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium. This kit replaces your ugly stock hardware with beautiful titanium that will outlast your car itself! Titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

  • Each bolt/washer combo weighs under 0.2oz!
  • This kit will replace the 6 bolts and washers that secure your fenders to the frame.
  • *New washers!* Our new custom made washers incorporate a small lip that gives the flange head of the bolt a flush appearance once installed.

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
