The JDC Titanium Fuse Box Cover is the perfect addition to your factory plastic fuse box cover and installs in minutes with pre-installed 3M adhesive. Add this piece for the additional titanium eye candy you know you're missing!

Each piece is precision laser-cut for a perfect fit every time. Our covers are made from 1.5mm thick 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium. Each piece is hand-brushed before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for the vibrant colors we're known for!

Installation:

Each piece comes preinstalled with 3M adhesive on the back that is extremely strong and durable, but thin at the same time, to not leave a gap between the cover and the fuse box cap itself.
Please make sure to clean the top of your fuse box with rubbing alcohol to remove any oils or grease and apply the cover directly in place. A packet of adhesive promoter is included, and we recommend using it to help with the adhesion.
We recommend wearing gloves when installing to keep fingerprints and oils off the part. Titanium use and care instructions are included with each order so you'll know exactly how to keep your titanium looking brand new for many years to come!

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
