JDC Titanium Oil Cap (Evo X)

It's been a long time coming, but the JDC Titanium Evo X oil cap is here! This solid titanium oil cap provides a very tight lock and uses a high-heat Nitrile rubber o-ring for a long-lasting seal. Each cap is professionally CNC machined from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium. Each cap is laser etched with the circular JDC logo on the top and is hand polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last for a lifetime! Upgrade your engine bay and replace your original oil cap with a brand new quality replacement component.

 Adding a little oil to the o-ring will help with the first installation. It will be very tight until the seal gets broken in by the oil and heat. This tight fit provides a leak-free seal from day one that will last many years! 

Warning: The bottom threads on titanium caps can be sharp. Please be careful when handling or cleaning this part.

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.
