The oil cap is one of those details every enthusiast notices the second the hood opens. The JDC Titanium Oil Cap was created to replace the factory plastic cap with something worthy of the rest of your build.

Precision-machined from 6AL-4V aerospace-grade titanium, this oil cap combines OEM-fitment with the craftsmanship and finish JDC Titanium is known for. Every cap is individually hand-polished and colored to order using our proprietary anodizing process, producing the vibrant, long-lasting colors that have become a signature of JDC engine bays around the world.

Unlike mass-produced dress-up parts, each cap is finished after your order is placed, allowing you to match the rest of your hardware and create a cohesive engine bay that feels intentional down to the smallest details.

Gasket Information

This cap is designed to use a factory Nissan oil cap gasket. We have two options available:

  1. Reuse your existing gasket, only from an OEM Nissan oil cap
  2. Select the option to include a new OEM Nissan gasket with the cap

Note: Install the gasket with the lip facing toward the inside of the oil cap for proper sealing.

This oil cap fits Nissan engines using M32x3.5mm thread pitch. Common applications include:

This cap is designed to use a factory Nissan oil cap gasket. We have two options available:

  1. Reuse your existing gasket (only from an OEM Nissan oil cap)
  2. Select the option to include a new gasket with the cap
  • Note: Install the gasket with the lip facing toward the inside of the oil cap for proper sealing.

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
