JDC Titanium Power Steering Cap Cover

This solid titanium cap cover fits snugly right over the OEM power steering cap and adds an updated titanium look to your engine bay. Each cap is professionally CNC machined from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium. Each cap is laser etched with the circular JDC logo on the top and is hand polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last for a lifetime!

Find the direction the new cap cover will sit when installed on top of the cap and put the set screw hole positioned towards the car so the set screw isn't visible once installed.
Lay the titanium cap on its face on a soft surface to make sure it doesn't get scratched.
Place the OEM plastic cap in its place and lightly tap the plastic cap in a circular motion around the edge until the cap is flush around the edges.
Install the set screw with the provided Allen key.
Reinstall the cap on your car and enjoy the new look!

Beautiful custom piece

The power steering cap is a must-have piece for your Mitsubishi. The quality of the lettering and etching is incredible. And shout out to the team who color the parts. I wanted a bare background and burnt lettering so that it would match my engine bay theme and colors. They typically don’t do that, but they went out of their way to laser etch around the burnt lettering on top and polish the sides to remove the burnt coloring. They did this for all of my other parts too! I can’t thank y'all enough! I highly recommend JDC’s products!
