JDC Titanium Radiator Cooling Shroud (Evo 5/6)

Upgrade your Mitsubishi Evolution 5/6 with the JDC Titanium Radiator Cooling Shroud, designed to improve cooling efficiency while enhancing your engine bay’s aesthetics. This shroud helps direct incoming air through the radiator rather than allowing it to escape around it, optimizing airflow and cooling performance.

Each JDC cooling shroud is laser-cut from high-quality titanium, then hand-brushed and treated with our signature cold anodizing process to achieve deep, vibrant colors that won’t fade over time. Whether you're looking for form, function, or both, this is the perfect addition to your Evo build!

  • JDC Titanium Radiator Cooling Shroud
  • (5) JDC Flush-Fit Bolts & Washers
  • (5) Stainless Steel Clip-on nuts (to add threads to the bumper where the plastic clips are normally used)

Installation is straightforward.

This kit includes M6 Stainless Steel clip-on nuts to add threads to the front bumper to allow the use of titanium hardware instead of plastic clips. No drilling required!

  • Fits Evo 5/6 front bumpers

GR5 Titanium (Grade 5 Titanium) is a premium alloy composed primarily of titanium, with small amounts of aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%) for added strength and versatility. Renowned for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, GR5 Titanium offers superior corrosion resistance, excellent heat tolerance, and remarkable durability. This makes it an ideal material for aerospace, automotive, medical, and high-performance applications, where lightweight strength and longevity are critical. Its ability to be anodized into vibrant colors further enhances its appeal for customization in industries like motorsports and jewelry.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
