Each piece is hand-brushed for a refined finish before undergoing our proprietary anodizing process, producing the vibrant, long-lasting colors JDC is known for. Unlike aluminum, titanium maintains its brilliance and resists fading under engine bay heat.

Using a professional fiber laser system, we engrave sharp, high-detail logos for a crisp, high-end appearance. Select your preferred titanium color and logo option directly from the dropdown menu to match your theme.

Custom Design Notes

Basic logo designs that are easily sourced or recreated are included in the custom design pricing.

More complex custom artwork requiring extensive editing or Photoshop work will incur an additional $10–$20 design fee, depending on time required. If applicable, we will contact you before beginning production to collect approval and payment.

  • (1) Titanium Badge with 3M Adhesive
  • The intake manifold is not included but can be purchased here. 

Heating up the factory badge may help loosen the adhesive and make it easier to remove. Make sure to remove all adhesive left over from the original badge and clean the surface with rubbing alcohol to make sure the new badge has a clean surface to mount to.

JDC is not responsible for a badge that is lost or damaged due to a lack of proper adhesion. 

 

Orders Containing Titanium

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
