JDC Titanium Turbo to Manifold Hardware Kit for FP Manifolds

This kit replaces the turbo to manifold hardware on the FP cast manifold and will work on Evo 4-9 and some DSM models. We recommend using a touch of anti-seize on the threads before installation.

    • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

    Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

    • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

    For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

    Made from Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium

    Titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts or studs.

    CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

    Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!

    How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

    Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

    Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

    Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

    Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
