Upgrade your engine bay with the JDC Titanium Valve Cover Hardware Replacement Kit designed for the Honda Civic Type R (FK8/FL5)/DE5/Accord/Civic 2.0T and 1.5T (10th gen). This kit replaces the factory valve cover bolts with precision-machined titanium hardware, delivering a cleaner appearance along with long-term durability.

Each bolt is CNC machined from 6AL-4V Aerospace Grade titanium, providing exceptional tensile strength while remaining extremely lightweight. Installation:

1.5T Engine Torque Specs

Tighten valve cover bolts in two stages to ensure proper sealing.

Final Torque Specification:
Using a 10mm socket, tighten bolts in the sequence shown to:
5.2 lb-ft (7.0 N·m / 62 in-lb)

Important:
Re-check and re-torque all bolts after 200 miles of driving.

Note:
If your valve cover is already showing signs of oil seepage or leaks, we strongly recommend replacing the gasket and seals before installing new hardware.

2.0T Engine Torque Specs

Torque valve cover bolts in the sequence shown to:
5.2 lb-ft (7.0 N·m / 62 in-lb)

Important:
Re-check and re-torque all bolts after 200 miles of driving.

Note:
FK8 Civic Type R and 2.0T Accord engines are known to develop minor oil seepage over time. If any leakage is present, replace the valve cover gasket and seals prior to installation to ensure proper sealing.

(10) JDC Titanium Custom Bolts

These are not generic bolts. They were designed specifically for the Honda/Acura models listed above, with the same dimensions as the OEM bolts for a perfect fitment!
