The PERRIN Catback Exhaust for 2002-2007 WRX & STI features an all stainless steel design, a straight through muffler and a 4” slash cut tip. This adds 15 WHP and brings out the sought after boxer rumble.
Features
Performance Gains -This test was done on an 2007 STI running a stock ECU tune. We swapped out the exhaust in five minutes and re-dynoed the car to find an additional 15WHP and 15ft-lbs of torque.
304 Stainless Steel Tubing -PERRIN Exhaust systems are made entirely of 304 stainless steel. 304SS provides high corrosion resistance and is excellent for heat up to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. 304 stainless steel is well worth the beautiful and long lasting finish and durability.
Straight Through Muffler -PERRIN mufflers and flanges have a true 3" internal diameter for uninterrupted exhaust flow throughout the entire length, not necked down, for ultra smooth transitions throughout the system.
4" Slash Cut Tip -An over-sized 4" slash cut exhaust tip adds an aggressive look to this impressive system. PERRIN exhaust tips are a brushed stainless steel with single wall construction.
Clamps -PERRIN OEM-type slip connectors have both slip and twist adjustments to aid in aligning the exhaust and muffler. PERRIN slip clamps do not require gaskets and are designed for easy adjustments and removal after use.
Finish -The PERRIN Exhaust systems come with a brushed stainless steel finish featuring TIG welding for precise, clean welds.
