Turbo Guard Return Policy: 

  • All Returns must be started within 7 days of you receiving the item. It’s simple, if it’s our fault we will take care of you. There will be no cost associated with getting it taken care of. If you ordered the wrong size you are 100% responsible for the return of the item. The item still has to be in the factory plastic wrapper. There is a $20 fee associated with exchanges for another size or if you would like a refund. Ordering the wrong size is a huge issue and it really slows down our process.

Everything we (Turbo Guard) make is handcrafted and made to order. We offer over 50k variations giving you the most choices when designing your guard. We'd like to explain what we've done about it and what we're continuing to do to bring them down.
    

    
First, while there are some products that still have significant lead times, our average lead time is 2 weeks as of May 1st, 2023, Some variations may have longer lead-time depending on availability or raw materials. We would love to have the product at your door the next day like Amazon but the service we offer that just isn’t possible. Everything we do is handcrafted made to order. This is how we offer over 50K variations of guards. This however does slow down things from time to time. 
    

    
Second, these are some of the battles where we've made progress towards improving lead-times:
    

    
1. We've increased our production capacity by about 250%
    
2. We've doubled our production staff.
    
3. We've been paying extra to expedite all our raw materials.
    

    
4. Our production staff has been working overtime hours for the last 3 months.
    

    
Finally, we want to reiterate our commitment to quality. We will NEVER cut corners to get products out the door faster. People often note that when it comes to price, quality, and speed, the best you can do is to get 2 out of the 3. We are constantly working to provide all three, but quality is a non-negotiable for us. It cannot be sacrificed. The reality is that quality workmanship takes time.
