Ultra-Power coils are engineered and design to be an aftermarket replacement and lower cost alternative to OEM coils. Products are designed to meet or exceed factory voltage output specifications. The factories used are industry standard ISO 9001, QS 9000, TS 16949 compliant.
Each coil undergoes several tests after assembly to ensure the following:
- Heat Resistance
- Voltage Output
- Shock Resistance
- Rapid Fire Pulse
Specific Product Features:
- Oil Filled Ignition Coils: Oil-type ignition coils have an open magnetic circuit surrounded by oil. Ultra-Power offers various types of oil filled ignition coils that have good sealing, output of voltage, and long shelf life.
- Dry Ignition Coils: Ultra-Power provides various types of Dry Coils that are made from high-quality silicone, EPDM and other materials. These materials are high temperature resistant and will provide long service life.
- COP Ignition Coils: Ultra-Power provides all kinds of COP-direct ignition coils. This type of ignition coil are directly connected to the spark plugs through the rubber boot. This type of coil provides high ignition energy, high output voltage, efficient combustion, good heat dissipation, good insulation performance, strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability and long life.
