Made from 6061 Aluminum this in-line radiator hose adaptor will make installing your temp. Sender a breeze. (Installation instructions below)

This will place the temperature sensor directly in the stream of the water towards the radiator without absorbing transient heat from the engine block for accurate readings of the water temperature. Four sizes are available for the perfect fit for just about any engine application and stays water-tight to prevent leaks with the provided hose clamps. Each adapter features an 1/8 NPT fitting.

Simply insert into your upper radiator hose and tighten the hose included hose clamps.

Measure the inside diameter in to choose the correct size for your vehicle.

This is one of the easiest items to install. Total install time is about 5 minutes:

Step 1: Measure inside diameter of your upper radiator hose. You can simply loosen the radiator hose clamp at the neck and pull the hose off to get the inside diameter.
Inches to millimeters conversion chart:
  • 28 Millimeters = 1 1/32" (most Honda's)
  • 30 Millimeters = 1 1/16"
  • 32 Millimeters = 1 1/4" (Celica)
  • 34 Millimeters = 1 3/8" (Supra, Chevy's & Cobalt SS)
  • 38 Millimeters = 1.5" (Subaru, Hyundai & RX-7)
If you measure the outside diameter of the hose subtract 6mm for the wall thickness


Step 2:Determine the best place to install the adaptor-along a straight part of the hose, and cut the hose.


Step 3: Place a hose clamp on each end of the hose and insert the adapter, slide the hose clamps against the adapter and tighten.



Step 4: Screw in temp sender and connect to gauge.

After 21 days of receiving your merchandise all sales are final.All returns or exchanges must be handled immediately as we will not accept any installed returns or exchanges after 21 days.All returns must be in brand new condition never installed otherwise no refunds will be given.Refunds for brand new/never opened items returned within 21 days of the purchase date will be charged a 15% restocking fee & the balance credited in the same form as the original payment type.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. International shipping charges are not covered under our warranty policy. Please mail your package in a prepaid, traceable method to the address on our contact page.  Be sure to include your full contact info including your phone # with anything you send us.If you are sending us something to check, we will inspect gauges and senders for free.  If they work to factory specs there will be a $6 fee (in the US) to ship the items back to you. International shipping rates will vary. Be sure to include your full name, address, email, phone number along with the product and the name it was ordered under. Any items left more than 90 days unclaimed are subject to disposal.

All Prosport Products come with a 1 year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase(non-transferable).Physical damage, improper installation, and alternating the product will void all warranties. In no event will Prosport Inc. be liable for anything over the original purchase price of the product. In no event will Prosport Inc. be responsible for any labor charges.  After 30 days shipping is not covered under warranty and becomes the responsibility of the customer.
