Whiteline Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm (05-10 Ford Mustang)

The S197 chassis third link set up has suffered from brake hop and axle tramp with the stock arm and the ultra-compliant stock bushing is designed for comfort and leaves something desired for performance driving. Whiteline's upper control arm is built with 4130 Chromalloy and features the longer arm length which Ford incorporated in the 2011 change which reduces brake hop.

The synthetic elastomer bushing adds increased stability to the rear end without the harshness of the commonly used bearing design and features an eccentric crush tube which allows pinion angle / instant center adjustment without weakening the arm with a turnbuckle adjustment. The pinhole voiding feature allows the bushing to articulate without binding. The heavy duty mount adds to the increased rigidity of the arm and is designed to be universal for all years of the S197 chassis.

What is the Whiteline Refund period? 

Whitelinecan provide a refund to any customer within a 30 day period as long as the following requirments are met. 

  1. Product is unused.
  2. Product has not been installed to any vehicle.
  3. Product has not been damaged.
  4. The buyer of said product must pay for return shipping (to the closest warehouse). 
  5. A refund will not be processed until the returned product has been received. 

We can also accept refunds after 30 days up to a 60 day period but a 20% surcharge on the products price will be charged. After a 60 day period we will not provide any refunds.

One of our Customer Service Team members will contact you with instructions on how to create your return shipping label to get your item back to us.


3. PACK & SEND
Make sure the item is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Do not attach the return shipping label to the product packaging. Doing so will void your return.

Securely place the items into your Whiteline delivery packaging (or a similar sized box if you no longer have it). Please ensure that your item is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.

Following the instructions emailed to you, print your return shipping label, and securely tape it to the packaging your item was delivered in. Take care not to cover the barcode.

Drop the parcel off at your nominated / preferred Parcel or Post outlet.


Questions about Returns:

Can I return my parts?

We can only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all accessories. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return items for an exchange, refund or store credit. You must return your order within 30 days with all prerequisite met in order to receive a full refund. After the 30 day period elapses you are entitled to a partial refund of your order, where a 20% fee is applied. 

 

Am I eligible for free shipping when related to a refund / return?

If the part supplied doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us, we’ll happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange as part of our 100% Fitment Guarantee.

Then what?

  • Returns from metro areas usually reach us within 2-6 business days and longer from regional or remote areas.
  • Once your parts have been received, we will process your exchange, refund, or store credit within 2 business days.
  • One of our Customer Service Team will be in touch once your return is complete.


Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by Whiteline are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Replacement products or refund (including shipping) will be provided by Whiteline where:
a) The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
b) The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
c) The product does not match the sample or the Whiteline descriptions; or
d) The product was damaged during delivery; and
e) You can provide proof of purchase with the Whiteline receipt

Replacement product or refund will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by Whiteline, the original shipping address will be used.

Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us within 30 days of delivery. 

Warranty Coverage

  • All Whiteline products, except those listed below, are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, valid for the original vehicle the product was installed on.
  • Whiteline Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends, Bearings, Links and Springs are covered for 3 years or 60,000 km (36,000 miles), whichever comes first.

 

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or misuse.
  • Modification or alteration of parts.
  • Damage due to competition, motorsport, or off-road use.
  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Accidental or collision damage.
  • Labour and installation are not covered under this warranty. Where this limitation is permitted by local law.

  1. Our team will assess the claim.
  2. If approved, a replacement part will be supplied at no cost.
