JDC Titanium V-TEC Solenoid Cover (Honda S2000)

Transform the appearance of your engine bay in 10 seconds with the JDC Titanium V-TEC Solenoid Cover! This beautiful CNC-machined solid titanium piece is compatible with all 1-inch VTEC solenoids typically found on Honda B-series, D-series, H-series, S2000 F-series, and certain NSX NA1/NA2 models. Be sure to measure before placing your order, as some international B20b models may have a VTEC solenoid larger than 1 inch.

¿Qué está incluido?

  • (3) Pernos de titanio M6 de ajuste al ras (disponibles en estilos Allen y hexagonales)

 

Instalación:

Incluimos un pequeño trozo de adhesivo 3M de grado automotriz para su instalación.

  • Paso 1:Limpie la parte superior del solenoide con alcohol isopropílico.
  • Paso 2:Pegue el adhesivo en la parte superior del solenoide (no en la cubierta de titanio).
  • Paso 3:Retire el papel protector y presione la cubierta del solenoide de titanio para colocarla en su lugar. Aunque la cubierta del solenoide encaja perfectamente, el adhesivo le proporciona mayor tranquilidad.
  • Paso 4:Reemplace cada perno del solenoide de fábrica con los pernos de titanio uno a la vez y apriételos según la especificación de torque recomendada (el torque máximo es 8 ft-lb).

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
