JDC 10% Under-Driven Alternator Pulley — Titanium

Built for Mitsubishi Evo 4-9, this 10% under-driven pulley is precision machined from 6AL-4V Grade 5 titanium. Raised belt guides help keep the belt in place at high RPM, while the under-driven design reduces the load on the alternator. It fits OEM or stock replacement belts.

Titanium Color Options

Each titanium pulley is hand polished before our proprietary cold anodizing process. Choose a titanium finish from the swatches above. Colored titanium hardware has an extended processing time; please see the lead time notice at the top of the website. For the black anodized 6061 billet aluminum version, see the separate aluminum version.

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
