JDC Titanium "S2000" Fender Badges

The JDC Titanium "S2000" Fender Badges are made to be a direct replacement for the factory plastic badges and will add an additional custom titanium touch to your exterior! Each piece is hand brushed before receiving our proprietary anodizing process, which gives it the long-lasting vibrant colors we're known for.

Badge Options:

  • The badge and backing plate can be anodized in different colors. If you would like to choose this option please select the "custom color" option and email support@jdcustomsusa.com with your color choices.

(2) Titanium Badges with 3M Adhesive

Heating up the factory badge may help loosen the adhesive and make it easier to remove. Make sure to remove all adhesive left over from the original badge and clean the surface with rubbing alcohol to make sure the new badge has a clean surface to mount to.

JDC is not responsible for a badge that is lost or damaged due to a lack of proper adhesion.

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
