Titanium Thermostat Housing Replacement Kit 

The JDC Titanium Thermostat Housing Replacement Hardware Kit replaces the worn-out hardware on your thermostat housing. We have hardware for the top thermostat bolts, as well as the lower bolts in the front that hold the thermostat housing to the head. Each piece of hardware is professionally CNC machined from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium and is available in multiple color options. Each piece is hand polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for vibrant colors that will last a lifetime!

Applications:

  • 03-06 Evo 8/9
  • 01-02 Evo 7 (Fitment is unconfirmed, but should be the same. If you can confirm fitment is the same as Evo 8/9 please let us know so we can update this for future customers.)

Installation: 

  • Unless your Evo is completely apart, it's smart to replace one bolt at a time so you don't break the seal and leak antifreeze.
  • Torque each bolt back to factory recommended settings.
