JDC Titanium Valve Stem Caps

Want a simple, easy way to add a custom flair to your wheels? Check out the JDC Titanium Valve Stem Caps! Designed for universal fitment on most valve stems, our valve stem caps will add a small unique touch that'll really set your wheels off!

The JDC Titanium Valve Stem Caps are professionally CNC machined from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium. Each cap is laser etched with the JDC logo on the center and is hand polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment.

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

  • Made from a solid piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium
  • Super strong and will never rust!

  • Includes a rubber seal on the inside to keep your valve stem clean and clear of debris and dust
  • Extended base for a perfect seal (Leaves no gap between the threads and rubber on most cars, as some other caps do)

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

Happy customer, but….

A few things…. Length of order time was long, I know made to order etc but… color vs reality is subjective due to the device I guess you are using so kind of be aware of that. Not the end of the world but something to consider. Packaging was great and product was safe. Future business possibly… I don’t know.

Absolutely Beautiful Product

These burnt titanium caps with matte black Arc 8's on my Montego blue e90 335i...🤌🏾🤤 All that's missing is some titanium wheel locks to bring it all together. 10/10 easy!! JDC, please come out with matching wheel locks (or bolts for the other bmw guys)🙏🏾
