The Tomei Expreme Ti exhaust flow design was the main focus in the pipe design with the best pipe thickness for weight and strength and pipe diameter to suit torque and all power gains throughout the entire powerband.

- The main pipe measures 80mm diameter with 1mm thickness
- Silencer measures 152mm diameter with 1mm thickness
- Tip broad thickness 1mm
- Flange thickness 6mm
- Weighs only 4.85kg, over 11kg less than standard
