By altering the pivot points, it reduces shift throw by 35%, giving you shorter, quicker gear changes without compromising comfort.

Designed with a slightly heavier weight than stock, this plate is counterweighted at 935 grams to balance out the reduced throw, resulting in smoother, more ergonomic shifts.

Fits:  2015+ Subaru WRX and 2018+Crosstrek (Will not fit STI).
