Below are some frequently asked questions about returns and refunds

How can I start a return?

You can begin a return by visiting our Return Portal and submitting a request through your online account.

Returns sent without an approved request will not be accepted.

What items are eligible for return?
  • Must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition with original packaging
  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Customized, special order, and used items are not eligible
Which items are not eligible for return?
  • Customized products (powder-coated, anodized, laser-etched, or custom-designed)
  • Special order items after processing
  • Used or installed products
  • Items returned without proper authorization
  • Returns received 31+ days after delivery
What’s the refund window & restocking fee?

0–15 days: Full refund (except 10% fee on colored titanium)

16–30 days: 15% restocking fee

31+ days: Returns not accepted

If your order shipped for free, we’ll deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • If we made an error, we’ll cover it
  • If the return is your choice (wrong item ordered, etc.), you cover return shipping
  • On orders over $249, we cover shipping for the replacement but not for the return
How are refunds issued?

Refunds are sent to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

What if I return a used or ineligible item?

We’ll contact you with the reason and discuss options. Items returned used or in unsellable condition will not be refunded.

Return policy for Turbo Guard products?
  • Return must be started within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be in factory plastic wrap
  • $20 fee for exchanges or refunds if you ordered the wrong size
  • If it’s our fault, we’ll take care of it at no cost
Do I need to inspect freight items at delivery?

Yes. You must inspect all freight deliveries before the carrier leaves.

  • If you see damage, note it on the driver’s bill of lading

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • If you fail to inspect your package before the driver leaves, you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement
What if I received the wrong item or something’s missing?

Contact us and we’ll send the correct item or missing pieces as quickly as possible.

Note: Slight variations in titanium color are normal and do not qualify as “not as described.”
