The person who is purchasing this product makes the following representations and acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
These off-road race-only products ("this Product") are designed and intended for use in organized, amateur, and professional racing events, but is limited to closed-course racing and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed (the "Vehicle"). It is not for use on public highways or roads nor is it for recreational off-road use other than solely for competition purposes. The person or entity buying this Product and/or using this Product (the "User") agrees to use the Vehicle solely for competition uses as described herein, and the User acknowledges that the purchase, installation, and use of this Product all comply with federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances by the User.
The User accepting this disclaimer acknowledges and hereby indemnifies and saves harmless JDCustomsUSA, its officers, employees, agents, distributors, and dealers for any damages, penalties, fines, expenses or other costs that may arise from the use of this Product and without limiting the generality of the forgoing specifically acknowledges the following
Use of this Product for purposes other than solely for competition is a violation of federal law and may violate applicable state or local environmental, motor vehicle, and other laws. The User warrants that this Product shall only be used in sanctioned closed-circuit events. That use of this Product may violate warranties from the manufacturer of the Vehicle or from others. That use of this Product may make the Vehicle unfit or unsafe for the purposes intended or for any purpose and cause personal injury, property damage, or death. That the installation of this Product, improper installation of this product, use of this Product with other components, or failure to use this Product in conjunction with other components, could result in or cause personal injury, property damage, or death
PRODUCTS ARE FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY. ALL OTHER USES ARE CONTRARY TO FEDERAL LAW. IF YOU INTEND TO USE THESE PRODUCTS FOR HIGHWAY OR NON-COMPETITION OFF-ROAD PURPOSES DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
Estimated Shipping Times
- Shipping times may vary depending on product availability. Estimated shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow an average of 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped if it is an in-stock item. Custom-made or made-to-order fabricated items can take upwards of 12-18 weeks to ship, depending on the manufacturer and item ordered. If shipping times are longer than normal for a certain product we will let you know after your purchase has been made. You can always contact us before ordering to check on the shipping times if you need the item by a certain date. We ship from multiple warehouses in order to get the product to the customer as fast as possible, so occasionally your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
Shipping Times for JDC Titanium Products
- Turnaround times for JDC Titanium products can be found in the red banner at the top of every page on our site. When placing an order for any JDC titanium products, please keep in mind titanium products are made to order. Each individual piece is hand polished/brushed, cleaned, colored, and packed individually by our team, so it can be a very long process depending on the size of your order, and the number of orders ahead of yours. We do our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible and every order is processed and shipped in the order it is received. If you choose to pay for overnight or two-day shipping, this does not guarantee your item will be shipped the same day you order it. There may be processing or manufacturing time, as stated above, but once your order is ready, it will be shipped with the service you selected.
Expedited Shipping Options
- If you choose to pay for expedited shipping, this does not guarantee your item will be shipped the same day you order it. There may be processing or manufacturing time, but your order will be shipped by the service you selected once it's ready. Expedited shipping only affects the level of shipping the order is shipped with once it is shipped, IT DOES NOT EXPEDITE PROCESSING OR MANUFACTURING TIMES. Once an item leaves our hands, we cannot control the speed at which it reaches you. If your item is delayed due to the carrier and does not reach you in the stated time, you can apply for a shipping refund directly through the carrier that delivered your product(s).

Please note that "Priority" Shipping via USPS is not expedited shipping.
Freight items cannot be expedited in any way so do not pay for extra shipping thinking it will ship with the faster method.
Special Order Items
- Special order items are not eligible for cancellation or return once your order has been processed. All special order items are listed as "special order" on the item's listing. We will also do our best to contact you if the special order item has a longer than normal turnaround time before proceeding with the order to make sure you are willing to wait for the item to ship.
- Why do we have this policy in place? Because when a part it made-to-order, or "special order," we pay for the product up-front, and our money is then tied to that part. If we cancel the order for the customer, our money is still tied to that part and we're left with a "special order" item that has to be sold to another customer, which may take months to sell; tying our money up on a part that is hard to move.
Freight Items
- Freight items can only be shipped in the continental US for the listed price. If you are outside the continental US, you can email us for a custom quote. Please note, the average shipping cost for a freight item outside the continental US starts at $750 and goes up depending on your location and the item.
- If an item is delivered with a freight carrier, the customer must fully open the package and inspect the item for damages before the carrier leaves. If there are damages, you will need to make a record of them on the driver's bill of lading before the carrier leaves and contact JD Customs within 24 hours.
- Warning! If you fail to open and inspect an item before the carrier leaves, the item is yours and you may not be eligible to receive a refund or replacement item. This is how most freight carriers operate to ensure a customer doesn't accidentally damage the product themselves during installation and try to get a new part by filing a damage claim. We will always do everything possible to help you if this happens, but some companies stand very firm with the carrier's policy and will offer us no help.
- The customer is responsible for any and all fees associated with freight items that cannot be delivered or have to be stored at a local shipping facility until pickup can be arranged.

Freight Forwarders
- We do have customers, usually located outside the USA, who opt to have their packages delivered to a third-party Freight Forwarding Company. These companies sometimes open your packages, repackage them, and ship them along to the end customer. Normally, there isn't an issue, but recently we have had issues. Thus, we must have it here in plain text that we will not be responsible for your package if you opt to have it sent to a Freight Forwarding company. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
International Shipping (APOs as well)
- We do ship internationally. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout once your shipping address is entered. If there are any issues with your address, we will reach out and let you know. Please note, USPS International is the slowest shipping method when it comes to international orders. We have no way of tracking a USPS international package once it has left the United States. If you need your package in a more timely manner and want to be able to track it, please choose another service when checking out.
- Freight Forwarding: When using a freight forwarding service, once the package has been confirmed as "delivered" at the freight forwarding company, the tracking is out of our hands. We cannot be held liable for any loss or incorrect forwarding once the package has been delivered at the freight forwarder. If there are any issues with receiving your package once it has been confirmed by tracking to a freight forwarder, please contact the freight forwarding company directly to resolve any issues.
Additional Fees
- There are times where the actual shipping cost may be inaccurate due to several variables. If this happens with your order, we will reach out and let you know the issue and may request additional shipping charges based on your order. We never want to overcharge our customers for shipping and we will not reach out unless absolutely necessary.
Customs/Import Taxes
- Customs fees and import duty taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local tax laws if you are unsure of the import cost. If you receive an order that is missing parts, we will cover the import taxes if a replacement part is shipped. We will ask for a picture of the receipt before issuing a refund for the tax and import duty costs.
Carrier Delays
- Occasionally, carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx experience delays from natural disasters and other events. Please check your tracking number for updates and keep in mind we don't have any different information about your tracking number than what is shown on the carrier's site. If your package doesn't arrive within an extended period of time, we can reach out to the carrier for you or file a missing package claim. If you feel your order is lost, please wait at least two weeks for domestic and four weeks for international orders (from the day your order was shipped) before contacting us to give the carrier enough time to deliver the package.
Taxes
- We charge sales taxes in the states where tax must be collected.
Fraud Protection
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If our fraud protection software is triggered by your order, we may cancel your order and refund the payment. If this happens to your order, please feel free to place the order again using Paypal or contact us for other potential options.
