This is a replacement blow off valve pipe for an Evo 8/9, it will allow you to swap out for a different BOV from another manufacturer. ETS does not ship products to California due to vehicle regulations set by the state. This mean all ETS orders that are going to California have to be shipped to our Shop and then shipped from us to you.
