Each cap is CNC machined from a single piece of 6AL-4V Aerospace Grade titanium, ensuring exceptional strength while remaining extremely lightweight. Titanium also provides superior corrosion resistance compared to factory plastic or metal caps, maintaining its finish and integrity over time.

Every cap is hand-polished and finished using JDC’s proprietary anodizing process, producing vibrant, long-lasting colors that won’t fade, even under harsh engine bay conditions.

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.
