JDC Titanium Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield

The JDC Titanium Exhaust Manifold is the perfect, eye-catching piece for your engine bay, that serves an important purpose! Add this titanium piece to your stock manifold for extra heat protection, as well as a unique look like nothing else on the market today! Each piece is hand-brushed before receiving our proprietary anodizing process, which gives it the long-lasting vibrant colors we're known for!

Field Testing:

We've had this part tested on a high-horsepower Evo for over a year to make sure the heat shield didn't change different colors when extra heat was applied, and the results were great! The part didn't change any additional colors after being put through multiple heat cycles.

    Make sure to clean the threads and use anti-seize on the bolts while installing to keep them from locking up due to the heat. 

    Gloves are highly recommended during installation.

    Be sure to clean off any oil or fingerprints before driving the car. If any oils or fingerprints are left on the part, they may permanently stain the part once it gets hot.

    • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

    • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

    For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

    JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
