High-Quality Construction

Each JDC Titanium V1 Oil Cap is expertly crafted from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium using CNC machining technology. This ensures a precise fit and superior durability for long-lasting performance.

Leak-Proof Design

Equipped with an OEM Mitsubishi gasket, the JDC Titanium V1 Oil Cap provides a secure lock and leak-proof seal. The bottom locking collar design eliminates the need for screws or nuts inside your valve cover, simplifying installation and maintenance.

Lasting Finish

After being hand polished, each oil cap undergoes our proprietary cold anodizing treatment to enhance its color and provide protection against corrosion. The JDC logo is laser etched on the center for a sleek and professional look that will withstand the test of time.

The JDC logo will be straight facing the front of the engine bay when tightened all the way. Adding a little oil to the bottom of the seal may also help. This tight lock provides a leak-free seal from day one that will last many years!

Please note that in some cases, the new seal may not have as much flexibility as one that has gone through heat cycles. This can cause the cap to be difficult to turn all the way. If you experience this issue, we recommend tightening the cap as much as possible without using excessive force. As the seal becomes warm and softer over time, it should allow you to tighten the cap the rest of the way.

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

The one-piece design eliminates the possibility of the screw/nut falling off inside your valve cover, preventing a possible disaster! 

OEM Mitsubishi gasket is used for a tight and long-lasting seal.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
