JDC Titanium Radiator Cooling Shroud Plastic Clip Replacement Kit

This kit replaces the plastic clips on the radiator cooling shroud area with titanium hardware! Each kit comes with the hardware needed to add threads to each hole and allows you to replace plastic clips with titanium bolts. Each titanium piece is hand polished before receiving our proprietary anodizing process, which gives it the long-lasting vibrant colors we're known for! 

    • (8) M6x17mm Bolts
    • (8) M6 Custom Washers
    • (4) Rubber Well Nuts
    • (4) Stainless Steel Rivnuts
    • (Optional) Manual Rivnut Tool

    This kit requires each hole to be enlarged to fit a rubber well nut or aluminum rivnut. Aluminum rivnuts are used with metal mounting points and rubber well nuts are used on plastic mounting points. 

    Aluminum rivnuts require a tool for installation, which can be added with the drop-down menu if needed. 

    Each hole needs to be enlarged with a drill bit so the rivnut or well nut fits snugly.

    For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.
