JDC Titanium Turbo to Manifold Stud Kit

Using the factory turbo to manifold bolts and studs with an aftermarket turbo can result in stripped or broken bolts and inadequate sealing force, which will result in an exhaust leak. This kit will allow you to properly seal the exhaust manifold to the turbo and will never rust or corrode!

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts or studs.

Each stud incorporates a hex key tip that allows easy installation with an Allen wrench.

Each stud/washer/nut assembly weighs only 0.7oz total.

Universal Application

CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!

Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
