JDC Titanium V-TEC Solenoid Cover (Honda S2000)

Transform the appearance of your engine bay in 10 seconds with the JDC Titanium V-TEC Solenoid Cover! This beautiful CNC-machined solid titanium piece is compatible with all 1-inch VTEC solenoids typically found on Honda B-series, D-series, H-series, S2000 F-series, and certain NSX NA1/NA2 models. Be sure to measure before placing your order, as some international B20b models may have a VTEC solenoid larger than 1 inch.

What's Included?

(1) JDC Titanium V-TEC Solenoid Cover
(3) M6 Titanium Flush-Fit Bolts (Available in Allen and Hex Styles)

Installation:

We include a small piece of automotive grade 3M adhesive for installation.

Step 1: Clean the top of your solenoid with rubbing alcohol.
Step 2: Stick the adhesive to the top of the solenoid (not the titanium cover).
Step 3: Peel back the backing paper and press the titanium solenoid cover in place. Even though the solenoid cover fits snugly, the adhesive is there for extra peace of mind.
Step 4: Replace each factory solenoid bolt with the titanium bolts one at a time and tighten them to the recommended torque spec (max torque is 8 ft-lb).

All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
