All Koyo Racing series radiators have "OE Specification" mounting location for stock mounting without major modifications; however we recommend using aftermarket electric fans for the best results. Koyo Hyper Radiator Caps are also available to increase your cooling system pressure to 1.3 bar for increased cooling capacity. Racing series radiators were made for manual transmission only, however with a separate automatic transmission cooler; one can use the Koyo Racing Radiator with automatics for increased cooling capacity.

This radiator for a Evo 4/5/6 will work perfectly in your 8 & 9's factory location, and allows your upper radiator hose to be moved to a more suitable location. As you can see the outlet to the upper radiator hose is offset, this allows the radiator hose to make a straight shot to your thermostat housing, keeping your precious rubber hoses away from your exhaust manifold. This is the perfect solution for those with tubular intake manifolds, or just those that would prefer to get that radiator hose out of the way. Your lower radiator hose and everything else retains it's stock placement. Please note, this radiator setup WILL NOT work if you still are running your factory airbox.

IMPORTANT Notes: 

• This will not fit with the Factory Evo 7/8/9 airbox
• You will need the Evo 4/5/6 upper radiator hose if you are swapping it into your Evo 7/8/9
• The Radiator Cap sold separately.
