2020-2021 Toyota Supra A90 Cat-Back Exhaust System by MAPerformance
Modern Automotive Performance is no stranger to designing high-performance exhausts for modern turbocharged vehicles, and for the A90 Supra we took our years of experience and put them to the test!
Performance: Performance is enhanced by decreasing the energy and effort required for exhaust gasses to pass through a system. To reduce restrictions, we use 3.5” inch diameter 304 stainless steel tubing to offer the highest possible ground clearance while supporting the power of the B58 engine. The main pipe is designed to be as free-flowing as possible to offer the least restriction, with no reduction in size or mufflers in the way. Our exhaust valve works with the factory motor and interior buttons and retains the beloved sport mode features. With the valve open, you have a nearly straight full 3.5" system. When closed our design routes the exhaust flow into a high-quality muffler, quickly bringing the system back down to slightly above stock sound levels. This makes it the perfect "Do it all" catback.
Quality: Few other companies use in-house mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing like we do. Even though our state-of-the-art mandrel bender is CNC programmed, we go a step further to measure the accuracy of each bend upon completion. We carefully mock-up our exhausts on our custom in-house jigs to ensure the most accurate fitment possible. Our expert fabricators TIG weld each flange and joint with superior back-purging techniques to ensure each weld lasts as long as the life of the car, and each weld is inspected for imperfections before being sent off for shipment. Most systems on the market are made from inferior 409 Stainless and are prone to surface rust over time. Ours is made from high-quality 304 Stainless Steel, designed with performance and longevity in mind. We're certain you'll be extremely pleased with the quality of this system.
Sound: When it comes to the A90 Toyota Supra catback exhausts, few things matter as much as sound. Other companies design their systems with the tone simply being an afterthought. Here at Modern Automotive Performance, we take care to focus on the little details in order to bring out the best in each and every catback we build. The sound this exhaust creates is nothing to shy away from. You'll get an aggressive, throaty roar with the addition of a few extra ponies. We also offer multiple options when it comes to the sound of our system. You will have the option to run it in the full 3.5" exit mode with the valve open offering the most flow, but by utilizing the factory sport mode and motor you can close that valve to get that OEM+ sound whenever you choose.
