Create a truly custom exterior or airflow detail with JDC Titanium Mesh. Designed for automotive grilles, hood vents, bumper openings, fender vents, and custom fabrication projects, each piece is cut and finished to order based on the dimensions and color you select.

Choose your required width, height, and JDC Titanium finish to create a piece of automotive mesh sized specifically for your project. Whether you're replacing factory hood vent mesh, building a custom grille, or adding titanium to another airflow opening, this material gives you complete control over the final appearance.

Solid Titanium Automotive Mesh

Unlike common aluminum automotive mesh, JDC Titanium Mesh is made from solid titanium for excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The mesh remains bendable and formable, allowing it to follow curved surfaces and irregular openings while providing the distinctive appearance of real titanium.

Each piece is finished using JDC's proprietary titanium coloring process. Our anodized finishes are designed to maintain their vibrant appearance without the fading commonly associated with colored aluminum mesh exposed to heat and UV light.

Custom-Cut to Your Dimensions

Each piece of titanium mesh is cut to order. Select the width and height needed for your application before adding the mesh to your cart.

Important: We recommend ordering at least 1 inch of additional material on every side of the opening. This provides enough overlap to fully cover the opening and gives you material to work with when attaching the mesh behind the panel.

For example, if your opening measures 10 inches wide by 6 inches tall, allow additional material around the entire opening rather than ordering the exact opening dimensions.

Solid & Gradient Titanium Colors

Choose from a variety of JDC Titanium Color Options, including both solid and gradient finishes.

For gradient finishes such as Burnt, Freaktanium, and Rainbow, you can also select the direction of the color transition so the finished piece flows with the design of your vehicle.

Cleaning JDC Titanium Mesh

Because titanium mesh contains many small openings and edges, fingerprints, road grime, dust, and other contaminants can collect in areas that are difficult to reach with a microfiber towel.

For best results, use JDC Titanium Cleaner or mild soapy water with a soft-bristle toothbrush to gently agitate the surface and remove buildup. Compressed air or another gentle air source can also be used to dry the mesh without pushing a towel into the openings.

With proper cleaning, the original color and shine of the titanium can be restored when dirt, oils, and road grime make the surface appear dull.

Important Ordering Information

• Each piece is custom cut to the dimensions selected when ordering.
• Please order enough additional material to overlap the opening and provide adequate mounting area.
• Gradient finishes can be ordered with a selected color direction.
• This is a special-order product and cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been cut.
