JDC Titanium Mesh is a made-to-order upgrade designed for vents, grilles, and airflow openings where premium materials matter. Sold by the square inch, you simply choose your width, height, and finish to get exactly what your project requires.

Each piece is cut and anodized to order from high-quality titanium using JDC’s proprietary coloring process, producing vibrant finishes that will not fade from heat or UV exposure like anodized aluminum mesh. The result is a long-lasting, professional-grade appearance.

The mesh is bendable and formable, allowing it to contour to curves and openings similar to aluminum mesh, while offering superior durability and corrosion resistance. It can be used anywhere mesh is found, including hood vents, side vents, grilles, bumper openings, and custom fabrication applications.

For gradient finishes such as Burnt, Freaktanium, and Rainbow, you can select the color direction, giving you full control over the final look. Whether replacing factory mesh or building something custom, JDC Titanium Mesh delivers a refined OEM-plus finish with motorsport-inspired materials.

Important Notes

• When ordering your mesh, please make sure to include an extra inch (at minimum) on each side to have enough material to completely cover the opening and attach on each sides.
• This is a special order item and cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been cut, so please make sure to order the correct size(s). 

Cleaning:

• Titanium mesh can sometimes appear dull over time as oils, fingerprints, and road grime build up on the surface. Because the mesh contains many small openings and crevices, dirt can become trapped and may require a little extra attention during cleaning.
• For best results, use JDC Titanium Cleaner or mild soapy water along with a soft-bristle toothbrush to gently agitate the surface and remove buildup. Using air to dry the mesh is also a better option than using a microfiber rag. While the mesh can be washed along with the rest of your vehicle, lightly brushing the surface may be necessary to fully clean the tight areas of the mesh.
• With proper cleaning, the original vibrant color and shine of the titanium can be easily restored.
